Neverbounce automatically debited a full 1 year fee instead of activating the monthly contract requested! Despite writing and promising a return of money to reset the situation they didn't do it and the support email stopped replying to me. Very upsetting!!

Low quality work. Not usable results. Rude and unhelpful staff during the frustrating process.
To be avoided like the plague!
The only service that limits the lifespan of credits to 12 months. What's more, they change the rules midway through without honoring existing contracts. I just logged in and their site shows 0 credits, even though I had $1,000 worth left as of December 31, 2025. These credits had NO expiration date at the time of purchase; they should never have expired. These are unscrupulous crooks to be avoided like the plague!
