I made an order on March 13and today 07 April i m still waiting.... i call them 7 times to check my order and to see what s happening.the shipment was due to arrive on march 17.unprofessional completly. If i will be asked about next i will not recommend this store for sure

Rubbish furniture

Purchased the tall Malvern bookcase & small sideboard in early March. Extremely disappointed with the quality of this furniture.The cam bolts were loose in the holes and therefore when turned into the mouth of the cam nut did not provide a secure fixing, I now have a wobbly bookcase. The sideboard has uneven gaps around the door and drawers again because of the poor fixings. Have recently bought a substantial console table from Amazon which is held together with the same fixings and is totally stable and secure. I emailed Next regarding my issue on 18th march but to date (7th April) I have not received a response.

Bronx furniture - DO NOT BUY

I ordered the Bronx range bed and 2 door wardrobe. Both have fallen apart within 6 months.It is made of cheap MDF/chipboard and easily broken. The complaints process has been difficult. For the price, absolutely not worth it, had I known it was such cheap quality I would not have purchased. Looks good on the outside, but obviously not made to last.

Terrible complaints resolution and impossible to review products

I bought a jumper for my son. It immediately became his favourite jumper, but the design peeled off after 4 washes (washed as per the instructions on the label).I complained and they offered me a 15% refund. What am I going to do with 15% of £9? I tried to write a review on the product but the website doesn't let you. You have to submit a review via Feefo, who make it impossible to submit a review. It makes you wonder how all the five star reviews get on the website... Is it a coincidence that they're all five star reviews?

Have shopped regularly for a several years, but now have a gift card I cannot use as the clothes selection in 20XXL is absolute rubbish.We are not all 5ft 2 size twelve Next. It looks like goodbye and maybe good riddance.

Poor Delivery Service

Ordered two Sofas online. Next state that the delivery driver will offer to removed packaging and attach feet...this is not the case.Next now outsource delivery to DHL and the delivery men just dumped the sofas in the middle of our room and left. Did not remove any of the packaging. Very poor service.

I have been using Next for years. Easy to order, comes quite quickly if in stock and easy to return items if need be.I have had problems with being charged for items I have returned, but it was sorted out each time. Hence the 4 stars for the aggravation of having to sort out.
