You have done me a great disservice by refusing to make right a blatantly obvious mistake made by your print partner Fuji.I have begun to leave negative reviews about Nixplay after purchasing 4 of your frames, beginning with Amazon. Why you would subject your customers to Fuji's incompetence is beyond me. Nixplay promoted Fuji, Nixplay should make their screw up right! Roy

So.... my frame went faulty after a few weeks. Screen distorted. Not good for a £200 item! But....the customer service from nixplay was fantastic so they get 5 stars. Contacted them, sent the serial number and couple of bits on info, they were quick to respond, I then got a message back from Director of operations, a lady called Mary, who sent a new frame out for me without having to send the old one back first, and asked me to return the faulty one, send a postage receipt and they would refund me. I always rate a company based on how they deal with problems and this company were brilliant. The frame is also great, and I just hope the faulty one was a 1 off. That said, if it does go wrong, I'm confident Nixplay will sort it out.

Hardware: Their photo frames are definitely NOT worth the extremely expensive price! I have the Edge Wifi 13inch one.The screen is nice but the software inside the frame is not working properly and lack the most important features that people are waiting for. Most of the features are not working at all or stop working all the time. Talking about the price, this is probably where it is the most unacceptable situation. Their 15-inch frame is sold at £230!!!! For that price, I can buy a high end 4K 27inch monitor! Totally outrageous. Also customer service is not what it should be either, messages are sent by people who don't speak english properly so it's difficult to get what you need.
