I'm sooo glad they put a location off of Forest Avenue, ive been a loyal customer since 2003. Two dollar bills needed though at the Forest Avenue location. MCU has been very good to me!!!
Municipal Credit Union is the worst.
Municipal Credit Union is by far one of the worst financial institutions I have ever dealt with. I was with them for 15 years, and it was a nightmare. From customer service to their dispute department and loan services. I tried my best to stay loyal, but when my account was compromised on three different occasions, costing me $700 within a year, and they told me there was nothing they could do about it, I knew it was time to leave.
