OldVersion.com was the first resource to offer this sort of service and is now serving over 30,000 unique visitors per day. Through our services, we hope to influence the software industry in a positive way. We wish to discourage the use of spyware and giving users alternatives to use older versions which are spyware & bloat free. OldVersion.com assists computer users who are unable to continually upgrade their computer. Those who find that their machine is not able to run the latest version of a certain application have no choice but to use an old version of the program. Unfortunately, the vast majority of software companies do not offer this opportunity. We are doing our small part to help bridge the digital divide by allowing everyone to enjoy the same software titles regardless of their hardware. Our efforts have inspired various companies to start distributing all versions of their software. Lastly, there is a need to archive cultural artifacts. If software is allowed to disappear into the past, a piece of history is lost. People must have access to this data in order to understand the direction of computer industry and civilization as a whole.

AVOID THIS SITE.
It may have been good at one time but not anymore. They aren't proactive at keeping infected files out of it.
Just downloaded Paint Shop Pro 4.12.Scanned the download with MSE and Malwarebytes.
Came up clean on both.
I should have suspected something when the download page gave me a "password" to open the compressed file. As soon as I put in the password, Microsoft Security Essentials immediately popped up telling me it was infected. HIGH Level. Virus or Trojan. (I didn't copy it down.)
MSE allowed me to select the infected file and delete it completely.
Point being that password protected archive files are "encrypted" and that prevents virus scanners from accurately scanning their contents.
Not happening again.

Have used this site plenty of times without issue, but today it infected my pc with a particularly nasty virus,just spent 3 hours digging it out. Once is more than enough, AVOID THIS SITE it is not safe

I created account on trustpilot only to prevent other malware instalation on your pc!!!
I downloaded utorrent 2.2.1 and first time,2 weeks ago,my pc started to act weird, poping up a mozilla firefox screen with a mesage like "hello humans" ... Installing programs from oldversion.com will install malware on your pc.
