GDPR does not exist for them, they do not care at all. You can tell them every week over the phone that you do not want more commercial calls but what they do instead of is to burn the phone,calling, calling, calling and calling again. When you tell them that there is no point to continuous harassing you they even question GDPR. Absurd!

Cheaters! It was 10 Euros a year to recharge your prepaid sim card. Now it's every 6 months.They know how to exploit the Corona situation when foreigners can't come to Spain and use their Spanish mobile phones. AND they charge your card 20 Euros instead of 10 Euros. Go figure.

Less than a star?the end is not in sight. Still receive mails without invoices that have been paid.Without invoice. They told me to return the router to the store, after receiving a mail or sms, now after 4 weeks.. Nada. I am expecting a new mail for payment, ????come and collect your sh**t in Belgium. Happy to help you there????????

As others have said, they are complete thieves. They added two lots of services to my phone bill that I did not request,costing an extra €40 a month, which I had been automatically paying DD. Having discovered this I requested the money returned, to which they simply replied no, that it must have been something I did?? Furious I cancelled my contract, calling out their clearly fraudulent actions, to which they turned my phone off immediately...I mean immediately! Not even enough time to call back and complain! Truly awful company. It should be closed down! In the UK we have governing bodies bodies that would have taken action against such belligerent behaviour.

I called to cancel a line. they then lower the price to keep me I agree and when they are reading the terms and conditions I disagreed and I didn't accept the deal.The line was then hanged. when I called again the deal appeared as accepted and they wanted to charged me 80 euros to cancel the line... customer service was nice on the phone but the whole system and strategy behind is very bad, making you feel like they just want to cheat you.

Online and app login not working

Online account and app login for prepaid card stopped working 1 week back. No one at customer service,Orange Gran de Gracia and Orange Placa Catalunya knows why. When asked at Orange Placa Catalunya if I can top-up online without login, I was told NO. Found by myself that I can using third party sites. Also, not able to send or receive any SMSs from Orange, though SMSs from other mobile numbers are coming and going. Seems to be a scam to force me to switch from prepaid to contract. Now, there's no way to find the balance on my prepaid card as I can't login to my account online or in app, so using it blind. Surprising how the telecom regulator in Spain allows Orange to operate in bad faith with customers and get away with it.
