I love the idea of this service. There's nothing more mind-blowingly difficult than trying to find items that fit your style in a world full of department stores that have no uniqueness. With the curated boxes, I feel like the online shopping experience gets elevated to something that's not only endurable, but even enjoyable.

Edited In the end I have solved everything quickly. A real scamn!!. They tell me they've received my box with the returned items, but it doesn't match what I had specified, so they're adjusting the amount. On top of that, they're charging me for all the items I don't have, and I've returned them all. They don't answer messages, and there's no contact number. Please be careful, it's a scam.

The company exists BUT doesn’t seem…
The company exists BUT doesn’t seem reliable 1. No answers to customer support emails. I sent one like 2 months ago and still waiting 2. The first box worked good. The second one, still waiting to get the changes requested. I believe it will not arrive 3. Then the invoices, from the 2nd box on tbey started including pre pepayments in the invoice. So they wanted me to pay more than the actual value of the things I bought. Overall, it is not a company to trust and the lack of answers to customers inquiries is a worry. At some point this could behave as a Scam.
This feels like theft!
I wrote a review on here last week. The company responded saying there had been a problem but the refund had been processed. I then received a separate email saying the problem was ongoing and roof be resolved! The money has still not been returned. I cannot understand how Outfittery are not being legally investigated. In any other part of life taking over £700 from someone’s bank for goods they do not have would be theft. I am now having to go through my bank and I am seeking legal advice as due to the amount taken and the time of year they took it this has caused me financial difficulties. I am so distressed by this happening it’s just dreadful! Do not use this company as it’s not ethical what they are doing.
