Absolutely appalled. No response from technical support for 14 hours, and our server has been taken offline due to an abuse report which was never sent in the first place.Absolutely avoid this at all costs. It's standard in the industry now to experience 24/7 support, especially given the size and nature of their business. To not receive a response though after this length of time is absolutely disgusting
