I hurt both my sacro iliac joints after a fall about six weeks ago. The vest supports my spine and gives me confidence to do my usual activities. I am also on painkillers. The pain is getting better. I am planning a 10 hour flight and am hoping that the vest will be helpful.

The product works!!!
The product works, I am in my fifties and used to compete in athletics as an amateur. After several injuries including my back and getting on a bit with age and work I stopped training. After a couple of operations when I was trying to rehab and regain fitness back I was struggling with my posture and core and due to work it was difficult to avoid overloading my back, I started using Percko in 2021, initially when doing rehab and exercising then I started using it for work and the difference it made was great. In a very progressive and natural way it was nudging me to use my core and my gluts more and this was releasing my lower back and allowing me to do more. I purchased the original percko, then the work percko that I can use on the top of a t-shirt and then the sports percko all with the same results. I have read some of the reviews, it is very important to get the right size and depending on body shape the percko system might not work for everyone. I purchased one for my wife and due to her petite size the percko straps did not land in the correct place, we returned it with no problem getting a refund. I am adding this review now because I am buying one more percko to continue my training from September.
It has surprised me
I was quite dubious about this product, however after purchasing I received a very informative email detailing what I would need to do once the product had arrived. This made me feel that the customer service was good before I even received the product. When it arrived it was not quite what I was expecting ( not sure what I was expecting) I have worn it constantly for 13 days ( even during our mini heatwave of 30 degrees - it doesn't make you sweat etc) I have had no back pain at all and I have to say my posture is a LOT better. It's quite weird as you don't feel it pulling your back into any position etc. it's very comfy to wear, washes well. Would definitely recommend to anyone with bad posture.
Helpful customer service
The vests weren’t suitable for me, but the company refunded me and suggested another garment. I haven’t purchased it yet, but I’m thinking about it. Oliver was very helpful.
