Product Breaks Frequently & Support Won't Respond

I have bought this product twice (pool & spa). Worked great for a while. Then the units failed and I had to get replacements sent out. Kept happening. Support has no phone number. Email support takes days to respond and you get one answer and they never come back to the ticket. Finally, when I had a working unit, they remotely disabled the unit "by accident" and I cannot get them to re-enable because I can't get a human on the phone to explain what they did. You can't set it up as a new product because they invalidated the serial number. I paid for the subscription and the product no longer works. It is "bricked". I complained to the parent company, Hayward, and they just promise follow-up but it never came. They bought ConnectedYard and don't seem to be interested in supporting the product. Stay away. Buy something else.
