excellent delivery service & super helpful delivery man
ive just bought a curved bath panel from b&q which was organised and delivered by pjh; pjh were excellent in terms of communication of the logistics of the delivery which resulted in an easy flow and wonderful experience; the pjh delivery driver turned up within the alloted time slot and was super helpful and friendly; he provided an excellent service which i am very grateful for.
Good delivery
I am surprised by some of the reviews as I had a really good experience with them delivering something to me from B&Q. The communication was good and they were really polite.
Why only 2 Star
I gave this a 2 Star - only .. because the Customer Service staff have always been easy to deal with .. the DISAPPOINTMENT is - that still NOTHING changes!! We're delivering today; Oops .. can you arrange your delivery; We're delivering tomorrow; Oops can you arrange your delivery; OH .. actually - no sign of any such product .. What the ... JOKE.. feel like I'm wiping the backside of this company - doing their job for them - ??? What did I pay for???
Can’t find words bad enough to describe my experience
Still no delivery scheduled for yesterday. Their excuse was they had to transfer goods to another carrier as they don’t deliver to my area (everyone in the world delivers to me!) despite knowing for 10 days where the goods were to be delivered to. Complaining got me nowhere. I have now taken my business to another company who has had no bad reviews and I just wish I had known Screwfix were using this company to supply goods as I would not have continued with my order had I known. I have been badly let down - as were the tradesmen standing by all day to receive and fit the goods.

We’ve experienced repeated delays with PJH deliveries, and we have found, as many other reviewers have also mentioned, that delivery dates are often changed without any prior notification. This has caused significant disruption to our project scheduling. What’s most disappointing is that when we raised these issues, PJH refused to take any responsibility or offer a solution. As a supplier, reliability and communication are key, but unfortunately, both have been lacking in our experience. We hope PJH reviews their processes and improves their communication and customer service going forward.
