Not a good software program

I agree with the previous review. They should fold and let the newer cloud based software companies such as Jane Software help clinics.Support is brutal and there are so many things such as online booking, text reminders etc.. that other programs can do so much better. You can't access your data if you fire them so be careful.

Poor service and confusing, underdeveloped program

After several years of working with a different software we moved to Practice Perfect.It was the most terrible mistake. The program is very poor, has a bad interface with miniature confusing icons, and hard to manage. Invoicing and billing terrible, you click ten times to have something simple as an invoice done. The MVA part is a disaster, the system has bugs all the time and the invoices don t go to HCAI. Come back to you with encrypted messages that nobody understands. Our staff is extremely unhappy and complained to the manager, therefore we will switch back to the old system. Another thing that sucks is customer service. These guys NEVER answer the phone! They will only call back in a few days and don t care if you have an urgent request. They are often rude and in rush and don t know how to resolve your issues, will pass it over to someone else and you will have to wait much longer to be helped. It is overall poor and underdeveloped, having a lot of problems. On a scale from 1-10 ?.. would give them a big zero.
