After taking the Yourselfirst test Primer was listed on my bank statement When I tried to dispute the charge I was bounced between the content site and the payment processor. This approach seems deliberately designed to obscure responsibility and leave users in limbo

When I contacted them to stop further withdrawals and get my money back, I only received generic automated responses, so now I'm writing everywhere. I want my money back for something I never did and I want others to see how easy it is for you to withdraw money from your wallet without permission

their system is set up to benefit the sites using it: approved every unauthorized payment for Yourselfirst and then stayed silent when I tried to dispute!! Absolute lack of responsibility

The free test turned into a $29.99 recurring payment processed via primer without any warning or explicit consent
Refund denied after a free trial charge
I am still waiting for my refund, which has been pending for a month. I was charged for a full subscription through Yourselfirst for a free trial!! I never agreed to this and the payment system allowed it
One-time payment that never ends
I made a one time payment for a "Yourselfrist" and somehow the billing kept repeating every month. The processing system acted like every renewal was approved by customer even though I never clicked anything beyond the first checkout
Charges processed instantly without consent
I got billed through this payment system after using a Yourselfirst - it`s one of those self discovery quizzes that quietly turns into a subscription I never got a warning or confirmation but the charge still went through instantly
