All reviews are probably non senseI just completed my fall 2025 classes. I took 10 tests with ProctorU, you will meet the most professional folks in the industry, all questions are scripted and minimal, no wait time, at most 2 mins. We Americans love to complain, if you give a proctor a messy room or a messy device, then expect to get more questions and delays. I knew I will be having exams, I used the guest room. It has one desk and a twin bed, I ran the pre script to check my device one day before the test. So help them help you! Make sure your exam room is simple. I truly laugh 😂 when I see comments of folks having technical glitches! Folks, execute the pretest before the exam and fix the issues prior or seek help prior! My school laptop is just for that! Don’t expect proctorU to be your assistant or housekeeper and clean up your PC. I had an absolute best experience and I am looking forward to spring 2026. Thank you 🙏 ProctorU and the staff in India! 🇮🇳
Avoid using this vendor at all costs
ProctorU you has got to be one of the absolute worst testing websites in the history of the world. It is impossible to connect to their site. They do not help you troubleshoot. It gives you an error and they tell you to rebook your exam. You cannot use a worker school laptop because of firewalls you cannot use a personal laptop. Nothing works.

ProctorU (now Meazure Learning) was forced on me by The Open University for remote exams with no alternative offered, despite the system being classified as HIGH/HIGH security risk by NCC-CSIRT (UK government cybersecurity advisory). Issues experienced: • Full remote control of my personal device via LogMeIn Rescue (complete mouse/keyboard/files access). • 14-day persistent unauthorised access after exam (documented in breach log). • Fabricated geolocation data in logs (wrong city/postcode repeatedly). • Identical biometric photos and videos reused across multiple exams (physically impossible, same timestamps). • Incomplete SAR response (missing 14 days of logs, withheld recordings). • Active monitoring This is not secure or fair proctoring — it’s invasive surveillance that violates serious privacy and data protection rights. I have documentation. Avoid any exam requiring privacy or security.

I recently sat an online exam using ProctorU live proctoring. While I ultimately passed the exam, the proctoring experience itself was disappointing and unnecessarily stressful. During the exam, while I was silently reviewing my answers, the proctor interrupted me, accusing me of talking to someone in the room. I was alone in a closed room and was not speaking to anyone at any point. The accusation was unfounded and disruptive, especially during the final review stage of the exam. Although this did not affect my final result, the interaction broke my concentration!

Awful experience. Terrible company. We have to pay to use this company and the service is horrendous. A really poor platform with extremely incompetent "technicians".
I told them I couldn't read chinese
I tried getting my getting my exam set up for today. And my proctor changed the language of my test page to chinese and i couldnt read chinese so i had to keep translating my page back to english. I accidentally hit submit because i cant read chinese. and later when i asked the proctor if she could unsubmit the mid term, she justified i thought you could speak chinese.
Disaster of a Proctor.
Not the first time taking an exam through this platform. ALL the instances were agonizing. Equipment checker was all green and yet the proctor was saying it was an issue on my end. Proctor tried to push the blame of "laggy" internet, while the internet speed test showed >150mbps in up/download speeds. ProctorU is an absolute disgrace and should be ashamed to even be providing such appalling levels of service to educational institutions.

If I could leave negative stars I would. Horrible service, horrible connection. Horrible IT team. Nothing about this service is good. I have never considered hating something until I tried proctoru.
