Documentation lacks critical installation information, sales people are no help.
The gross lack of documentation about their product limitations led us to purchasing a Single-User license which is incompatible with *any* SSO configuration. Guarantee we were not the first or last customer to be misled by this company. Our salesperson knew our configuration prior to fleecing us with non-functional software. The manual import functionality might save us the headache of having to overhaul the courses, sunk cost, and work put in already, but they knowingly sold us software that is incompatible with our configuration without informing us. Additionally, the installation documentation says nothing about it. You can only find the information in their support and troubleshooting articles (aka AFTER purchase, and AFTER installation).
Doesn’t work on some devices
The main product of Respondus, the Lockdown Browser, doesn’t work on some devices. As a result, some students are unable to take online exams using their service.
