Good graphic design app but unfortunately not easy to make a review for a company,not the an easy app to understand what you have to do.
Not the best experience unfortunately, but I hope that can be improved in the future.

Was impressed by their mechanism of bringing all the reviews under one roof, so tried it out with a free account.Satisfied, registered my other company with a paid account, with a years subscription.
Corona hit, and so we have had a year of no business whatsoever. While the renewal was not on automatic, it seems once they send emails asking us to renew, if we do not respond, it moves to automatic mode.
I do not have teams on the ground to take emails. people have lost jobs. But now I am stuck with having to pay for a service I will not need in the coming months (the business is still down).
Requested a freezing of the service while this pans over, but would anyone listen. No.
For a service that makes a business of collecting reviews based on the quality of service, I think this is pretty poor insensitive service.
I think I am stuck for a year. but after that its bye bye! Would have brought all the companies I work with within the service, but what I really do not like is when the businesses get too money-minded, and do not think about the people they are working with, specially in a time like now. Thats a line for me!
You would think that the company would have learnt about best practices to get the best reviews! Obviously not!

Would not recommend. I stupidly signed up to this company. They had my card details to take for payments.This all went well at first then they started sending me threatening letters, along with non English emails - which I obviously didn’t understand. Turns out they haven’t been taking payments, even though my card details are registered and they want me to pay them direct into their bank! Seems a bit fishy to me, I have tried speaking to them but all they have done is agree to cancel my account with one months notice. Don’t use this service.

Could not give a worse review. Used proven expert for one month - gave a months notice to cancel the paid for account and went back to free and basic.I’m now receiving invoices for 6 months DESPITE cancelling my account, and over 18 months later threatening me with creditors. No one in the company can speak English and I get no clear responses, just more debt letters. Please can someone respond and sort this out

Don t trust their review.
Suppliers in there can get a free account limited to 10 reviews.Then they ask their friends to write 10 good reviews, then no more reviews are allowed. So dissatisfied customers (like me) cannot put negative feedback anymore !

I provided a poor review of 'Swingtags Co' or 'DesignMediaServices' and discovered (as I suspected)that this company were not publishing bad reviews. The company in question provided horrific services, a faulty product and after a year we are still owed a refund. This 'Proven Expert' company are clearly a scam company covering for another scam company, BEWARE ANY SITE WITH THIS RATINGS SERVICE.
