Their product is expensive and they very rude in office but i put the 3 star because they have Covid insurance and it helped me alot.
The worst company with worst customer…
The worst company with worst customer service ever … they are so rude, unhelpful and unprofessional I never had a situation of talking to customer service who will shout on customer…you have to work on soft skill of your employees and please hire more than one person coz whenever i call its the same guy picking the call and shouting on me
shady and very forceful
So after calling them you can get a super price on the first contact promo but there is no way to read anything about it before buying. When asked if I can get some general insurance Conditions by email they will say yes but then the price will be higher if not decide right now! :D Ofc you can always cancel insurance up to 14 days after but man this is shady and very forceful, don't like it at all. If you say that there is no way you will make any deals before reading the documents no matter of price they will just hang up nice and fast, because you are not decided and they are not trying to convince you. Don't even get any of that offers on my email even though I asked for it... oO I mean this is not the best way to treat your clients... its rude and unpleasant...
300 days after insurance event which…
300 days after insurance event which was set and done PZU sends me threats that if I don’t re-submit all the documents again then the clinic will charge me with all the expenses. This is beyond disgrace
Unworkable, slow, rude, unfair
Earlier this year I had to submit a damage claim against PZU after their client had caused a traffic accident in Germany. Had the worst experience possible. First, the company would not directly respond to your questions irrespective of the language you speak. Secondly, they dragged the process out for as long as they were legally allowed (100+ days for a straight-forward claim). Finally, they rejected the claim suggesting their client was innocent, even though I have a police report at hand stating otherwise. Dear PZU, I understand that you are trying to protect your Ukrainian drivers, but please do so not at the expense of basic human decency.
Insuarance -200$, clinics -500$, refunded 0
Bought travel insurance for $200. After 4 months of travelling, reported 2 cases, spent ~$500 on treatment, doctor visits, medications. As a result, for various reasons, nothing was returned. DO NOT recommend for sure.
They lied to me
Had tooth pain problem while covered by PZU tourist insurance while visiting Poland. PZU refused to cover anything, despite their website advertising package as dental included (and so they confirmed on the phone). They behave very cheap, they sell services they don't cover (openly lying). I recommend avoiding them at all cost.
