Refused to replace the charger which burns and 0 customer service after-sale

We bought 3 phones till now and one phone charges is burned and they refuse to replace it as the phone bought less than 2 weeks ago.
Now from the UK, we have to pay to return the item to France which is ripped off.
I'm Totally upset and wish I could buy which service is from the UK only.
We'll never buy any from realme now.

Bought a mobile from Realme's European site, as they also provide a version with a UK plug.When the phone arrived the packaging was damaged and the phone inside was bent in half. Knowing that this was probably the courier's issue I contacted Realme. This is where the issues began. The company only have the option to contact them by email. They are extremely unresponsive, and three weeks on I'm still left with a broken phone and no idea when this is going to be resolved. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company at all costs.
