I’ve never “loved” an app before but I…
I’ve never “loved” an app before but I truly do this one. I’m on it several times a day and in the evening. I’m so grateful to have an alternative to scrolling social media. Beneficial daily readings, great group meetings on zoom, just tons of great content to cruise through in the app. The meetings and forum people are my community now, my tribe. It’s been a life changer for me for over 3 years now.

This community, it’s not JUST an app, it’s a COMMUNITY, has been one of the best gifts I’ve given myself (after quitting the nasty poison that alcohol is) EVER. Can’t recommend it enough - thank you Refam (our collective label that describes Reframe members as FAMILY) and all the coaches, writers of the daily learnings, creators of the swag (OMG the chocolates are 💣💣💣), and of course to Ziyi Gao and Vedant Pradeep (the founders of the app) - you’ve changed/influenced/helped (for the better!!!) This app is much more than just a way to quit or limit drinking. It offers expansive science based education and multiple modalities of learning to improve the human condition. I highly recommend Reframe if you want to improve your situation and create a better life!

Life-changing support when I needed it most!
I’ve been using Reframe for almost a month and it has honestly been the kindest, most effective tool I’ve ever tried. The daily neuroscience-based readings are short but eye-opening, the community forum feels like a safe little corner of the internet, and the live meetings (even if I don’t feel brave enough to turn my camera on and share) have been pure gold. I love that nobody is judged and there is so much compassion. What surprised me most is how much I look forward to opening the app every day, it’s become my calm little ritual alongside my morning coffee :) If you’re even thinking about changing your relationship with alcohol, just try it. This app doesn’t shout at you; it just gently hands you the tools and the support and lets you find your own way. I’m so grateful I found Reframe!
