Was perfectly ok with the delays on the Brother's Bond Bourbon as they came from the manufacturer,not Reserve Bar; however, the pre-order was supposed to come with a virtual tasting, and not only have I not heard anything about that from Reserve Bar, I have reached out to their customer service no less than 4 times since my initial order, and haven't recieved a SINGLE reply from them. Terrible.read more

We pre-ordered Brother's Bond Bourbon on 11/19/2020, and instead of getting it on time, or anywhere near it,we didn't receive it until after their 2nd January 2021 Pre-Orders were being filled. We didn't receive our PAID pre-order from Nov 2020 until May 13th, 2021. Today, May 15th, 2021, ANYONE can purchase it without waiting SIX MONTHS to receive it. This may be one of the worst online purchases I've experienced. Emailed them MANY times and refused to give ETA.read more
