Avoid it at all cost
My order (#9001586) was placed and fully paid for in early August 2024. After nearly five months, it was cancelled by Ristretto due to importation issues to Sweden. While I understand that these issues may have been out of Ristretto's control, the time it has taken to identify and communicate this is deeply concerning. Not to mention that so far, no reimbuhas beenment was made at all. I recommed potential customers to review some terrible experiences that other people had with the company at Google Review and Reddit. There are customers waiting for their bikes or refunds for over a year.
