They take your credit card for a free trial, first of all, which I think is shady to begin with.When the trial was about to expire, I DID receive an email saying the trial was expiring but I must have missed it. The company then proceeded to bill my credit card $200/month for 7 months without a single invoice or payment receipt being sent to me. When I asked for a refund, they could clearly see that I have never used the platform and refused to give me ANY refund at all. Not happy and I feel like this is a horrible way to do business.read more
