I worked with Nicholas Soboleski to buy a 20-year term life insurance policy. Today I asked for quotes for a new 15-year term policy because I thought my term policy was going to expire in August.He explained that I bought the original policy 10 years ago and that only the conversion option of the policy was expiring in August. I’m so glad that he is my agent and I recommend him to others seeking insurance.

Its misleading saying that just put in the info and they will give you a quote. No they have a hundred different places start calling you immediately and sending emails.It is better to just go on insurance sites individually

I purchased home insurance through SelectQuote. It turned out that the insurance company wanted additional documentation or to add an additional almost $900 to my premium.I did not hear about their request for several months, until I got a bill where I was supposed to pay SelectQuote the amount with 2 weeks without stating what it was for. Aside from being a surprise, this was confusing because 1. the insurance company listed a due date 6 months out rather than 2 weeks, and 2. my mortgage company pays my insurance from escrow, which they had already done with the initially quoted amount.
The bill forced me to call SelectQuote determine what the charge was, which is how I learned they wanted documentation. The rep at SelectQuote was unhelpful in explaining what documentation I could possibly provide (unless you count somehow tracking down the people who owned the house several owners before me), so I had to call thes actual insurance company to figure out what they wanted. After that call experience, I cut out the middle man and started calling the insurance company because I could call them and talk to someone quickly, not be #14 (seriously) on hold. Funny enough, if you call the sales line, you're first in line every time! I'm sure that's just a coincidence.
I ended up canceling the insurance policy about a month ago so that I never have to talk to SeleftQuote again. Surprise! I got a new bill in the mail from them for the same amount. I just waited on hold for 11 minutes before being allowed to leave them a message to ask them about the bill.

The Leads suck. They expect you to sell people who can't make ends meet to pay for policies.If you slave for them, you might get the better leads which translate in better commissions. Commission schedule is theft and is always changing against the Sales agent. The hourly wage sucks. They pay peanuts and expect you to slave for them well into the night. You can make just as much money if not more working your own leads. It just takes more time to build your business. They lock you into the Final Expense sh#t show while blocking you from selling Health, Term or other products. Looking back, I would not work there for more than a few months. I'm still there and I'm about to exit. (6 mos)

He has been nothing but honest, knowledgeable, and responsive to phone calls and questions to date. I appreciate dealing with a company who provides good customer service. It's hard to find these days!
