I don’t usually write trustpilot reviews however I had the best costumer service experience with Sephora today, my order arrived and looked damaged/slightly used spoke with them via messenger and she had a new one shipped to me next day delivery, honestly didn’t even give me a chance to be a Karen 🙄 was sorted within an hour so I was happy. Love Sephora and will always shop there :)
absolutely delighted with the staff…
absolutely delighted with the staff today in saphora metro centre Newcastle my daughter bought a highlighter but when we got home it was damaged so took it back a few days later and the staff were very helpful in my changing it for a new one and even put tissue paper in the bag as the product was a fragile highlighter my daughter will be very happy 😁 I recommend shopping here because the staff are so welcoming and lovely to talk too

Amazing aftercare following an issue
Amazing aftercare following an issue. Recently popped into store to purchase a few products, picked up a red-handled carrier bag and never thought anymore of it, until later that day I noticed that I had red-dye stains on my beige coat. After sending an email to Sephora they offered to cover the cost for dry-cleaning, however the coat I was wearing cannot be dry-cleaned due to the type of frabric, etc. Without quibble, Sephora offered to pay the full-cost of replacing the coat. All this occured within 48 hours, with prompt responses from the team. Credit where it is due, Sephora aknowledged their mistake and corrected it with ease. Mistakes happen, but its how you deal with and correct them, is true customer service and that to me is why I will continue to shop with Sephora and thank them for putting it right!
Slow customer service response
Absolutely awful customer service, EVRI lost my parcel advised Sephora I have been waiting over 8 days for my order FN110620711. Contact from Sephora very slow. Updated my review- as Sephora have been in touch and resolved this satisfactorily.
Evri let them down!
I ordered an item on 14th Feb which was dispatched within 24 hours. Unfortunately they used Evri as the courier which failed to deliver the parcel by 24th Feb. I contacted Sephora customer services and they responded swiftly offering a refund or replacement. I can't complain about this service. I do think they need to look at alternative couriers though as I would reconsider ordering from this company again due to many bad experiences with Evri.
Surprised (in a bad way)
Honestly, kind of shocked, normally they are good, not this time. Very often receive products used, although they do always offer replacements which is good still disappointing though when you pay all that money just to get something used although normally good customer service. Got products for my birthday and was shocked with my experience idk what’s going on at Sephora, order arrived blush was obviously previously opened packaging all ripped with finger marks on the blush packaging, contour arrived literally outer packaging of it open, with a chunk of it missing and marks on the bottom, contacted and was told I’d get a refund which yeah helpful then suddenly I can’t get into my account anymore? Received an email saying they processed my refund but still determined “product fit for purpose” sorry but how is a very obviously used blush and a contour with a big chunk out of it able to be used? The purpose of those products is they literally go onto your skin and u don’t want to be using a product with germs and who knows what. Who would want to be using used products! There’s also a chunk of the contour missing, obviously not fit for purpose. Shocking theyre saying that to people, someone could use one of those products used by someone else and end up getting a reaction because someone else used them. The products aren’t fit for purpose. Contacted customer care about my account not working and got no response, I have had an account for years and have many points and supposed to have had a birthday gift and an extra free gift that I can’t get as I can’t get into my account. Turns out they got rid of my account because I’d said stuff was used a few times when it was. Honestly disappointed in Sephora they used to be my go to for stuff. They did give me back my account but I’m not able to let them know when they send out used stuff apparently, not the best experience tbh.
Missing item
My order (FN110700650) arrived fast, one advantage of being at gold member status is receiving your order the next day, free of charge, and the free samples are decent enough, although they are nearly all aimed at females. However, I have just opened my parcel- which arrived in great condition - and a Tom Ford item is missing. There is no phone number I can find for Sephora, and that is a major disadvantage when there are problems
