RUN AWAY. They burned my neck and now I have a permanent hypopigmentation scar. the only thing they did was to tell me to protect it with sunscreen (as if it was not obvious enough), no follow-up until I say anything, no compensation even though it's clearly their fault because the lady put it way too high for my skin type, I woke up with my neck bleeding as it was raw skin. No compensation was offered and now I need extra esthetic treatment because of their lack of professionalism and skills.

I have been doubting to write something but I have to after I got 40 burned spots on my lower legs. I went for the 5th time and I had a different girl, she worked very fast and I felt the heat more on my lower legs this time. When I left my legs were burning and I sent immediately photos to them. They answered by saying my skin was more sensitive and it will go away, I had to put in aloe vera on it, that was it. It got worse and I had burned spots all over my lower legs. I finally spoke to someone in charge of the center but he claimed that nothing went wrong during the session and that my skin was just sensitive and in 2 weeks it would be a lot better. I did not believe anything of that if you would have seen my legs, they were burned and it looks like the girl put the laser too long on certain spots. Now almost 2 months later my lower legs have 40 white, new skin, spots and I have to have faith that this will turn into my skin color, as I have a dark brown skin. It looks horrible. Other laser studios who have looked at my skin were in shock of what they saw.. something went definitely wrong they told me. It will take months for my skin to hopefully recover. Again I spoke to the guy in charge, not letting me talk but just him explaining what happened according to him and that my skin will be better. He has never looked at my skin, only via photos. I asked my money back for the outstanding sessions, which I got back but I am of course not happy at all with Sin Vello and I will never ever go back to them and I would not recommended them. The way they handled it all could have been a lot better.

The owner of the business is rude and unprofessional. Absolutely lacks soft skills, neither she knows of good customer service. Their franchise program is a total joke.
