Nasty costumer service blows my mind. Rude and arrogant. Nasty attitude, I have never experienced such bad service.How is that employee even qualified to placed in costumer service. They’re supposed to help me, and I left the phone call with my problems unresolved & annoyed. Next time I call in and they hand me over a rude incompetent employee. I will simply hang up the phone. I will not accept such thing, and let that ruin my day. “You’ve been living, here for so long. Why aren’t you good at danish? I think it’s rude that you expect us to be able to service you in English. It’s rude that I need to speak English to you” Excuse me, I pay my taxes, work, and AND when calling in they literally say “ press ** for English.

There is a little wait at the phone lines, but Skats business hotline is almost always staffed with kind,competent people. They seem to really care and offer a fast and efficient service.

Needs to find a solution to scale their support.

No way to enable the required fields without contacting support... which does not work - chat and calls remain disabled,not even possible to queue. mail option says 20 working days to answer... at the same time skat is charging interest on the missing taxes while they are refusing service.

AWFUL SERVICE! I am currently in line to get in touch with an assistant. I have waited 30 minutes already and noone answeres my call.Please improve your telephone assistance services! I have a full time job and I dont have time to wait in line for hours!!!!!!!!!!! and i dont care that everything is written online! I am a millenial and I want fast and prompt services! noone has time to read the website!!!!!! Next time I will take some vacation days off in order to get some help. seriously...... also, last time I called for assistance and the lady provided the bare minimum services. No sign of helpfulness at all! Very sad to receive this poor service after half of my salary is taken for taxes!!!!!!!!!! and probably writing this review will not change a thing! the lady picked up the phone (after 40 minutes(, answered 2 of my questions (out of 15) AND SHE FORWARDED ME TO HER COLLEAGUE TO ASNWER MY QUESTION WITHOUT ASKING IF I HADD ANY OTHER QUESTION. THE WAITING LINE FOR THE NEXT ASSISTANT IS 40 MINUTES I AM SO MAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU NEED TO PAY ME A THERAPIST BECAUSE THE STRESS YOU CAUSE IN ME IS JUST TOO MUCH TO HANDLE!!!!!!!!!

When i called them, it took only 2minutes before someone answered (i was actually impressed because normally it takes me forever before someone answers)BUT apparently she needed to transfer me to the “english” section, and so there, the waiting game began, waited for almost half an hour, and when i talked to this woman and explained what my concern is, she just dropped the call without any reasons at all!!! Just soooo rude!!
