Sneakersnstuff is a global retail experience founded in 1999 by Erik Fagerlind and Peter Jansson who turned a sneaker collection into a global retail company. The avid collectors, who both were working in the sports and lifestyle categories in Stockholm, saw a hole in the Swedish retail market—specifically one for sneaker consumers that had niche tastes. In the late '90s, there was no alternative to the big retail chains dominating Stockholm, and after a trip to New York City that yielded both inspiration and the acquisition of some exclusive products that Sweden had yet to see, Sneakersnstuff was born. Sneakersnstuff first opened its doors on March 26th, 1999 in Stockholm with the launch of the website www.sneakersnstuff.com May 1999. Two decades later, Sneakersnstuff celebrates 20 years in the game and is still located on Åsögatan, on Stockholm's Södermalm and has since opened stores in Berlin, London, Paris, New York City (including the SNS Bar) Los Angeles and Tokyo. What started as a 2-man operation has since grown to be a global sneaker experience with 200+ employees. Each store is designed by Swedish Architect Jenny Askenfors of Bofink Design Studio and incorporates the identity of the city and SNS.

I returned a pair of sneakers for an exchange, it’s been 3 weeks and I have not received any correspondence from SNS.When I contacted customer service, they told me they are processing a large amount of returns, and they will email me when my exchange/return is processed. I had to submit a claim to my CC company. Will never do business when them again.

so so so so bad. Thus right adress they sent my package to be pick up far from my nearest pick up point. Can´t even call them. Keep your shoes and maybe stop selling online,looks like you are not so good at it.

I could write an essay on the failures of sneaker stuff. In short don’t buy from them because there customer service is the worst I have ever experienced.Also don’t register with them as your email will be passed on and you will be bombarded will spam!

I just decided to leave a review because the ones I've read, about returns, were so terrible. Well,my sneakers arrived in like 3 days! I wanted to cancel my order but they process the package in a matter of hours, so I couldn't and I'm so happy about it. The shipping super express and the sneakers original and well packed. Awesome experience for me.

In the words of Nike... DON’T DO IT. Bought some 95s, needed a size up, returned them to the U.K.specified address at my own cost. They couldn’t certify they received the return. I waited 6 weeks for the size exchange, v slow to reply- never received the shoes. WASTE OF TIME. Had to go through PayPal for a refund. Never received service as bad as this in my life. Jokers.

There is not a lot that can be said about these scammers that hasn't already been said.Worst experience that I have ever had with any company. Ordered 2 weeks ago, money taken, no trainers, ignoring all of my communications. I wish I had known this before, companies like this are a dying breed but my advice is to save your money and help them die off quicker. **EDIT** I have had to report this company for fraud to my bank as they have taken my money 3 weeks ago, no products, not responding to messages.

Shame I’ve got to give them a star. Returns received by them via UPS nearly 3 weeks ago and still no refunds.Constantly fob you off on social media when you get hold of them. I wonder if I could get some sneakers off them and tell them I’ll pay them in a few weeks or so when I get round to it....?!
