Great service!

The pedals of my Spinner NXT vere becoming very noisy. The tech department helped me understanding the issue and identifying the parts I needed. Package arrived in three days. While I was replacing the parts I realized the bottom braket’s bearing were stuck inside the frame. I called them again and they helped me finding a solution. My Spinner is now brand new! I’d definitely recommend Sportsmith. Thank you!

Amazing Customer Service

Amazing Customer Service Sportsmith has phenomenal customer service. I had a package that was lost by USPS, and Kim from Sportsmith helped resolve the issue. She took time to respond to my concern, and helped process a reimbursement for the package that was never delivered by the USPS. I was frustrated with the USPS as I filed a missing package claim, and they responded to my claim by suggesting to file another claim. Sportsmith makes people feel valued and I would strongly recommend Sportsmith to any customers looking for fitness equipment.

I'm so glad I found Sportsmith in Google after seeing parts for my Bowflex on ebay going for ridiculous prices. I bought NEW parts and accessories for less than used prices, and they arrived within only two days! I highly recommend Sportsmith!

Quality, price and speedy delivery.

I ordered parts for a Nordictrack elliptical. These guys had the best price and best service. Very fast shipping. I went with standard which was supposed to be 4 days. The parts were her in 2 days. Well done!

I have bought parts for a rebuilding an elder Stairclimber at Sportsmith, since these parts are difficult to get in Europe. First time I was very satisfied with their service. I therefore ordered parts at Sportsmith.net again, when my Stairclimper needed an overhaul, even the shipping price was 66$. I gladly payed for the parts as well as shipping and have received the parcel a couple of weeks ago. I do recommend this company.

Absolutely terrible experience.

Absolutely terrible experience. If you value honesty and accountability, stay far away from this company — and especially from their rep, Lisa Bourland. We sent clear model numbers, photos, and details for the treadmill part we needed. Lisa confirmed what to order, but the company shipped the wrong part, which they later admitted in writing. Instead of making it right with a refund or exchange, they blamed another vendor and even claimed our treadmill was somehow “refurbished with a different part.” That’s just absurd. Every step of the process was a fight. They stalled, refused responsibility, and kept hiding behind “waiting on the manufacturer.” Meanwhile, we were stuck with a useless part and no resolution. Lisa acted like customer issues were an inconvenience, not her job — constantly dodging accountability rather than fixing the problem. It was one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Bottom line: They took our money, sent the wrong part, and refused to make it right. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.
