Like anyone else, I decided to do a great deal of research prior to actually making a purchase. Eventually,the Sunday Rest Mattress specification seemed appealing, and then there was a free trial period. Even if I made a mistake in selecting it, I could return it within the first 100 nights. Before buying, I also tried out the mattress in the experience center. I've been using the mattress for more than 2 months now. So far, there have been no complaints from my side. Whenever you sit on the mattress, it sinks in like clouds however, when you lay down to sleep, it is somewhere between firm and soft. It does not sink in fully, but it is soft enough to relieve your back after a tiring day. Unlike a standard spring mattress, these mattresses are efficient even while sitting on them to read or work.

I've been searching for the perfect mattress for my 70-year-old father. When you get older,your sleep time will be shortened to 4-5 hours. As a result, I wanted to get a mattress that is extremely comfortable and enables 4-5 hours of uninterrupted rest. I've tested several mattresses, however, the Ortho Plus mattress from Sunday Rest Mattress turned out to be the best. These are the only mattresses with cotton cover (amazing for summertime) and are made of natural material. This is one of the best investments I’ve made in all year. After a tiring day, whenever my father lies on this mattress, he feels his back being supported and relieved of tension. He is so happy with this minor change in his life. Cannot be more thankful to a company. Will definitely recommend!

I've tried and tested many kinds of mattresses before the Sunday Rest Mattress and it turns out the Sunday Rest Mattress is the finest one out there.It's the perfect one for back support because it helps us feel like we're sleeping in a bundle of feathers and enables us to fall asleep quickly. I was suffering from back problems, and I was always exhausted and had body ache in the mornings on my previous mattresses. I have started waking up feeling refreshed after shifting to the Sunday Rest Mattress. I have started getting a full 8 hours of deep sleep every night, since the shift. I really like this mattress. The customer service was very helpful throughout the purchasing process. They were friendly and professional. They replied and cleared all of our doubts since the login to delivery of the mattress. My advice to everyone else is that you should indulge in this mattress and company blindly.

When I visited the Sunday Rest Mattress store to check out the mattresses, it was around the closing time of the store,but the team was very cordial and patient enough to let us explore the store and try out different mattresses before we were satisfied. It's the first gesture that pursued us to stick to this company. Although the man that delivered the mattress was anticipating a tip, the shipment went smoothly. So, onto the mattress: after a long contemplation time of more than 6 months where the representative was patient and polite throughout, I eventually decided to try it out and buy it. It was completely worth it! I often had intense back and neck problems that have now subsided, and I start my day feeling more refreshed than ever before. Thank you very much, Sunday Rest Mattress and team! If you are looking to buy a mattress, you should definitely visit their website!

The commodities are more beneficial than the amount you pay. The cherry on top is that you get to test the mattress for free for 100 days!!!Where on earth will you give such a choice? The explanation is that those people who are certain of their product's quality and will back up their claims can provide you with such a choice. Though we were not used to the mattress and couldn't have a relaxing sleep on it at first, I would like to remark on the product's quality and the fantastic support offered by the Sunday Rest Mattress customer care team! In this challenging world, where even the majority of the big labels struggle to attract consumers, I'm confident that's no problem for the Sunday Rest Mattress team. Buy a SUNDAY and by MONDAY it’s USELESS.

I made the painful mistake of buying a mattress from Sunday in October 2018. No less than their best offering LATEX PLUS 3 MATTRESS.It seemed like a smart buy in the beginning, but come 2019 end, the mattress had sagged on one side. I thought, no problem – it’s got a 10-year warranty, but I was naive. Then started the hellish experience of getting the company to even check the defect. They basically make it impossible for you to get any redressal after a year of use. The sagging has to be more than an INCH, a centimeter off and you have no rights. I was told to read the warranty guidelines properly, which is basically their whole website.
Nevertheless, I sent them the pictures and videos of the mattress, using different angles and savvy methods to show the defect. They agree there is a chance the sagging is more than an inch. Some relief. But now they wanted to check it with their special instruments (Whatever they are) and for that, you have to send the mattress back to Bangalore at your own expense if you live in any other city, in my case Mumbai. They literally have no representative in any of the cities in India. I was surprised again and, again I was told to check their website FAQs. It’s all there. I was the one who missed reading it thoroughly. I didn’t do my homework properly.
After talking to them for a month, I finally transported the mattress back to them in March 2020. They arranged for the pick-up service by their courier partners and I had to pay for it. Why did I pay? It’s all stated clearly in a nook of their website of course. Such a bad reader I am!
Owing to Covid-19, transportation was slow, so I waited patiently. It’s the end of September and I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE INSPECTION. The courier company tried to deliver the defective mattress to Sunday, but couldn’t. My suspicion is Sunday refused to take it. Since then, they’ve stopped replying to my emails and their phones don’t work. They have even started selling some home furniture since working from home became a thing. They are clearly active and dealing with new customers. But old customers are useless to them.
I even wrote to their CEO Alphonse Reddy, but he doesn’t care either. The inefficiency and ineptness trickle down from the top it seems. I came across a rather amusing read on Quora where he passionately writes how “they are a young team trying to make a difference.” BEWARE, the only difference they will make is filling their coffers with your hard-earned money. In my case – Rs.49999 PLUS a sore back.
Don’t fall into the snazzy marketing trope like “Designed by the Japanese.” Your local cotton gadda wala has more integrity and quality control than these Upstarts.
PS. I’ve become an avid reader of their hugely informative website. I AM STILL FINDING NEW THINGS THAT UNDERMINE THE CUSTOMER.

Mattress has severe sagging issues after 2 years. Pretty good mattress till then. This product has not been tested or reviewed much for long term use so beware.Purchased a ortho plus mattress that is now adding to my back pain and Sunday has zero intentions of honoring their warranty clause. They came home and did a 'durometer' test and declared that there is 'not enough variation' and that the sagging should be a 'lot more'. No numbers/explanation was provided as to what is acceptable and what is the amount of sagging they have determined in my mattress. Extremely disappointed, especially after their over the top marketing and the founder's passionate outburst on quora.
