Tried it for free, it seemed solve my immediate problem.
Paid subscription, my problem reappeared next day,cancelled subscription, received confirmation of cancellation.
Subscription has not been returned and e-mail comes back as "The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now".
This is not a very reassuring message.
I am very unhappy about this.

Superb product BUT I cancelled my subscription after a few years a few days before thr renewal date.My subscription wqs then renewed at a cost of $29.95.
Had I wished to renew i would have used the offer prices and not full price anyway.
PayPal have refused my claim.
I am very unhappy about this.

I recently got a spyware on my PC from a file I downloaded of the internet. Luckily I was experimentingwith a new PC so I could be patient whilst trialing all major free antispywhare anti virus removal tools. So I tried everything and thanks to superantispyware, using its deep scan routine, I managed to find and kill the spyware. NO other tool allowed me to achieve this and by installing antispyware post infection. Superantispyware does what it says on the tin. I immediately bought an annual licence for it and just to be paranoid did a fresh windows install! Respect!

My computer repair shop installed the free trial of spyware and recommended that I purchase the product at the end of the trial.When I attempted to do so I found it was not user friendly. My registration number would not work, when I followed the instructions on how to trouble shoot this I was sent the same registration number. The program did not download properly and I submitted a ticket for this as well. At this point was very frustrated and asked for a refund. Received a rude response, accusing me of spamming. Can more than one request go on a ticket? Maybe if your product was easier to use I would not have to submit so many tickets.
