I am deeply disappointed by the unprofessional conduct and communication barriers imposed by Swift Staffing Group throughout our ongoing dispute. As a staffing agency, I had anticipated a higher level of professionalism and a willingness to work towards a fair resolution. Unfortunately, Swift Staffing Group's actions have fallen far short of these expectations, leaving me dissatisfied and frustrated. Our organization engaged Swift Staffing Group to provide us with an employee, in accordance with our agreed-upon terms. However, the employee left our company shortly after being placed. While we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, we did not anticipate the unyielding and uncompromising approach taken by Swift Staffing Group in response to this situation. Despite our sincere efforts to find a mutually acceptable solution, Swift Staffing Group disregarded our proposed resolution and insisted on pursuing the matter through legal means. Their unwillingness to engage in constructive dialogue and their immediate resort to legal threats is deeply concerning and indicative of their disregard for fair resolution and customer satisfaction. What is particularly concerning is Swift Staffing Group's refusal to allow us to communicate with higher-level personnel within their organization. Instead, they have consistently directed us to deal with an employee who has displayed ruthless behavior, obstructing any chance for constructive dialogue or a mutually agreeable resolution. This deliberate obstruction of communication raises significant doubts about Swift Staffing Group's commitment to professionalism and accountability. By denying us access to decision-makers within their organization, they have effectively silenced our concerns and prevented a fair assessment of the situation. Such behavior is not only frustrating but also indicative of an organization that lacks transparency and fails to uphold its obligations. As customers, we expect to be treated with respect and have our concerns addressed in a fair and timely manner. Swift Staffing Group's refusal to engage in meaningful dialogue and their imposition of communication barriers demonstrate a clear disregard for customer satisfaction and a lack of integrity. I strongly advise prospective clients to exercise caution when considering Swift Staffing Group's services. Their unprofessional conduct and the barriers they erect to prevent open communication and resolution of disputes cast serious doubts on their reliability and commitment to client satisfaction. We used this staffing company, and the employee left our firm. They would not work with us, and they were ruthless about the payment, even though we had no employee. They bomb called our firm, and they would not settle on any decent amount.

Swift Staffing Group of Monsey NY, says that they find jobs for people etc. My experience so far: they add you to many WhatsApp groups, where only they (the admin) can write, but the group members not. How do they get hold of people's number?! Furthermore, when actually applying for jobs and inquiring generally, they utterly ignore you for months. So if they aren't helping people finding jobs, what are they doing then with our information?
