Not trusted

I can confirm comment under me , they didn't pay me full salary, edenred card not charged fully. Payroll department doesn't communicate, doesn't even have phone number to call when there is issue with money, they use robots for that. They don't react at all when you mail them. So , not trusted company at all!

Be ridiculous - a Masterclass

One of the slogans that the company loves to use us 'Be ridiculous ' however they have stepped up their game making this company -which was once a nice workplace - into an abysmal hellscape. They often claim to be a "people first" company, but as one might expect this only caters as decoration. I have worked for some years for this company. At first it was enjoyable and nice, but in the last year they decided to made some incredibly 'ridiculous' decisions. This ranged from (A)stupid things to (B)ery serious choices. A. On the lesser side this involved doing additional tasks outside of your job description. As such I found: myself interviewing people to assess their language, to translate some legal text and training data, to doing tests for others... They also don't shy away to fire people who were top performance and had multiple years of experience and expertise with the company just because the client didn't want them. They have no loyalty towards employees whatsoever. B. On more serious matters, they took away unpaid leaves, then pushed for us to work on some holidays and are now also expecting everyone to work on all holidays. Want time off? Use your own PTO. There was also no mention of getting extra PTO to compromise with this change... They also shared the news that the people who were working from home are now expected to come to the office. While this is mentioned in the contract, it is unreasonable to expect people who have a house, families or pets or social lives to uproot everything in 3 months for just some company. They said they would not fire or dismiss anyone, but did allude that they would be considered as having resigned. When people asked why they would not at least give them the grace to be fired -as plenty are tenured and a compensation or being able to apply for benefits might be useful in the current job market- the reply ringed clear for everyone: "We are not a charity" While there's a few meetings a year where they promote the company and what it accomplished and how it's employee friendly with a "people's first" mentality, do not be fooled as the more severe -and ridiculous choices- reveal the exploitative nature of this company. Be ridiculous, they have certainly mastered it.

Very poor and unprofessional employer.

Very poor and unprofessional employer. First, we were forced to work 10 consecutive days instead of 5, without any consultation. One week later, we were informed that public holidays would no longer be granted by the company and that the only way to take time off on public holidays was by using our own vacation days. All employees work from home, yet suddenly we were told that due to supposedly decreased productivity and quality, everyone must return to the office. In reality, this means employees are expected to completely disrupt their lives, relocate, and give up their established living situations. If you are unable or unwilling to work from the office, you are simply told that this will result in termination. There is no understanding, no discussion, and no respect for employees’ personal circumstances. This company takes no responsibility and treats its staff as disposable. Absolutely not recommended

TaskUs Thessaloniki

A tiring training. A surreal production experience. Social media content that should be removed but won't be because it doesn't violate the social media giant's 'policies' so that your flagging is mostly performative. Eight hours of exposure to the worst content can cause damage to the worker's brain and mood. Add to this a company that violates basic worker protection standards: adequate breaks, psychological support that is just about protecting the company and promoting the fake "people first motto," violation of workplace safety (no stairs, only the use of overcrowded elevators), lack of respect for those who get sick and those who use public transportation to get to work and end up being 2-3 minutes late, and inhumane/humiliating "security checks" that only serve to oppress/intimidate workers, preventing them from enjoying those few minutes of permitted breaks or to have bathroom breaks (already limited by the automatic timer that puts you "unavailable" after a few seconds/minutes). In short, a toxic job made even more toxic by a company that violates basic human rights and, among other things, rewards lazy workers—provided they're favored for their submissiveness—rather than those who actually work, who are often fired without notice and for fanciful, if not entirely invented, reasons. Management is harassing, toxic, and incompetent. Requesting support and coaching is seen as a provocation, and you get blacklisted. You might even feel truly sorry for being fired arbitrarily and with threats (with the HR threatening and manipulating you to silence you). However, it's better to lose a job like this than to find it. A word of advice: stay away. You'll gain from it. And all that glamorous image of human rights and care for their workers is just to lie to potential new workers and survive the bad rep.

Malpractices at Taskus Bytedance process

The trainers and the management are not aligned and the trainers don't want to take initiative to understand or teach the policy to the MODs which is the basic responsibility of the trainers. The taskus Bytedance video queue is a sinking ship and it's just a matter of time. Nothing is working good inside and consider me as a wishtle blower. #Bytedance should look into this as they are burning money by giving it to taskus. #NML queue.
