I created an account and deposited litecoin to my account to fund it. I was then denied banking services for my account to I asked for my litecoin to be refunded. They told me they only have ternio tokens which I want nothing to do with their scamcoin. I then try to withdraw my new coins and get multiple errors. I contact support and agent says to contact team. No response. This is unacceptable and now I'm just waiting for who knows how long. Stay away from this trainwreck of a company

Ternio, failed when they stopped following their own white paper. I was one of the Top 100 candidates who were supposed to received their Metal cards for free but that never happened. Every time a deadline was reached, they would change their conditions. Most people (myself included) were also supposed to receive airdrops for referring people (I only had 25 referrals, lol) to the project but that never happened either, I even remember a guy that had 5000 referrals (Max you could get), he asked questions about how to claim his airdrop and got banned from the group. They failed to meet their own deadlines and banned/blocked (on most social platforms like twitter, telegram...) people who were asking honest questions that are related the above mentioned.
