Inoui-TGV not recommended

I’m on the inoui-tgv now from Turin to Paris. Bad service. In first class not even a coffee is offered. After 3 hours travelling eventually seat service, but everything has to be paid for. Wifi hardly works. I will opt for Frecciarossa next time, which has multiple bar service in first class, cleaning tissues.

I had a ticket from DB

I had a ticket from DB, came 10 mins earlier than departure, but the way to the train was blocked by Tgv in Oui service personnel, just because they had an argue with a couple in front of us. Even if we were on time, they didn't reacted on our questions and didn't let us in even if we had tickets. I have no words how bad can it be. It was not possible to explain that we really have tickets, that we are on time because the personell can't speak english. So I was watching for 7 minutes how my train stood there and departured without me. Crazy.

i am trying to open a claim

my trip turned into a nightmare. Worse treatment ever on board. My train first class paid for me and family turned to a caos as there was delay we lost connection to TGV9580. DB gave us a hotel to stay one night, without option to continuous our trip from Munich to lyon. But even as first class we are without seats on board today 3rd July. The station DB attended said we do not need to worry , just go into the train with the same ticket from the lost trip from because of their delay..not our fault on 2nd July. I lost my day in Lyon and had to sleep in the middle of nowhere. To get worse, The train agent was disrespectful with me and my family yelling at us to change seats we were..humiliating us and said to me to seat in front of the wc as there are no places available. I paid for a good and comfortable train trip to be treated that way? NO!now more 3 hs ahead without empty seats for me and my 8 years daughter em husband. Also tried help from the chief pf cabin without action. So I want to hear from DB, Omio and TGV9580 companies and have my seats refund and apologies back

what a dissapointment

I’m on the train right now, and honestly, this experience has been anything but pleasant. When I arrived in Valence TGV (15 minutes early), it was suddenly announced that the train to Brussels was cancelled.. Someone from INOUI told me, “Oh yes, there’s an issue the train is now leaving from Valence Centre Ville,” which is 20 minutes away. No shuttle. No help. Nothing. I checked my email and only 30 minutes before departure INOUI sends an email: “Your train has been cancelled.” That’s it. No explanation, no alternative, no support. Now I’m on board and… The seats are cramped and uncomfortable (if you want to work on the laptop); The Wi-Fi is useless The bar is laughable And the airco? Barely working it’s 37°C outside and everyone’s sweating inside Both my trips with INOUI were like this. Honestly? What a disappointment. OH I paid 190 euro!

This week I took the incredible TGV twice for a business trip. It was HORRIBLE!!! They don't use the air conditioning, or very, very little. Everyone was hot, and there were families with young children. I asked for the air conditioning to be turned up on both the outward and return journeys. The conductor said each time that he was doing what was necessary, but unfortunately nothing had changed!!! They do it on purpose (according to another conductor), apparently for economic reasons.... SO, fellow users or foreign tourists, RUN AWAY from the TGV in SUMMER, it's unbreathable and horrible!!! It's far better to fly!

Willful neglect of what was a national treasure

my journey was Lille to Lyon in France. Lille station, despite being a Transit hub for Eurostar and SNCF was poorly signposted with no indication on platform of where my carriage was going to be. The train itself looked about 40 years old and on the inside looked older. Dirty, litter strewn on the floor, seats and tables. The seats themselves looked threadbare, dirty and the head rests looked tatty, greasy and none looked as if they had been steam cleaned in the last 10 years . Air vents full of dust, dirt and hair, light fittings yellowed with age and full of dust and dead flies.....and this was first class. Only one toilet was in opperation for four carriages but there was no sign up to say where this was and like the rest of the train it was a mess and the occupied lamp outside didnt work. No trolley service. One rather depressed and unhappy man (obviously from an outside contracter) with a yellow bag collecting rubbish in that churlish manner that only state enterprises can generate when they farm out cleaning services to a venal skinflint private contractor. TGV, Train de grande vitesse (high speed rail) was once the pride of France and envy of the world. This slow, rickety cattle car was a betrayal of everything France was once rightly proud of. Any CEO of an enterprise as prestigious as this who through incompetence, neglect of deliberate action to validate calls for privatisation, the worst of the three crimes, should not be in charge of a wheel barrow never mind what was once a national treasure.
