Boycotting these thieves

I’ve made my terrible experience with this company known but I’d now like to say that the boycott hasstarted as other people have also had problems with their orders but were silenced by the clutcher in terms of pressuring customers to delete reviews. However it is understood that many people have messaged me in support to boycott the clutcher as they are thieves so let us keep going

Ordered a Moncler jacket to Canada. Shipped super fast through DHL and took about a week to get to my home.Came with Moncler hanger with protective sleeve. As the site mentions, all the fees (taxes and duties) were included (I was a bit skeptical about it I have to admit). Super happy with the purchase and knowing that it came from Venice, Italy it makes it even more special!! Thank you The Clutcher, next time we're in Italy we'll stop to say hello :))

Whilst I know we are all experiencing extreme difficulties with orders from Europe currently,myself included, resulting in endless unanswered emails, can I say a big shout out to Allegra in customer services from The Clutcher. I think she felt my pain in the lack of response received regarding delivery and collection and I ended up just dealing directly with her. I think they are inundated with issues currently and with the Brexit deal only taking place just before the new year I expect normal service will resume in due course but with a lot of bumps until then which doesn't help I know, but well done Allegra you were a star and stopped me from pulling my hair out!

Terrible service and extra hidden costs

Placed my order on the 30th Dec and was told 3-5 working days. Still not received 2 weeks later,contacted customer service for an update and no response. I’ve just had an email from DHL to say I will have to pay £48 for delivery charges and taxes. This was not made clear at the time of ordering my bag, if I’d known this I would have ordered from somewhere else. It states on the site that shipping costs are added at checkout and taxes are included. Definitely not happy and won’t use this company again, poor customer service and still not received my bag!
