We recently worked with Anthony Stanley on a particularly complex application involving clients who were using a share of business profits. To add to the challenge, the client had previously had two properties fall through, requiring the cases to be closed and resubmitted each time. A process that can understandably be frustrating for anyone handling the application Eventually, when the client did seem to secure a property. We were subsequently notified that it will procced at auction, which brought extremely tight deadlines. Excellent service However if as a lender you are charging 3,4,5,7% fees then you ought to stop charging application fee.!! These small charge is putting off passing more applications to you.
