Poor communication if any. Purchased one of their roof racks from CarID. Got part of the rack,the clamps and that's about it. Fast forward to a month (or so) after the order placed and still haven't gotten my whole order. Was told by a CarID rep that they contacted Thule and they made the shipping label and it's going out. They will contact me in 24-72 hours. Well I waited, a week. Never heard anything, called CarID again and they contacted Thule. Same thing, the label is made and it's going out.........ok.... Needles to say, I was frustrated and cancelled the order the following day cause that is awful customer service in Thules part. Just wow...they suck. I inquired about my order DIRECTLY to Thule. Took them 2 weeks to email me back....that was supposed to be 24-72 hours as well. I won't deal with these people again, they don't care if you get your stuff either way. I replied to the email from the rep today and all they said was sorry Matt, have a good day. Really? Nah I'm good. Don't buy from them.

We called support to get the correct part to attach our Thule chariot to our ebike.The sales rep said which part to get that would fit, and did not explain that if it didn’t fit that we couldn’t return it! So here we are, sitting with a useless part that doesn’t fit and we can’t return it! It’s still in the packaging...and they won’t take it back. Your service is poor! Not impressed, would not recommend.

Appalling customer service.
All i wanted was to speak to someone directly to get help and advice on products i wanted to buy and they refused saying they do not provide over the phone support.Its just lazy and obviously couldnt careless about the customer needs and support

I cant say enough positive things about the level of support from thule customer service Geoff.We had an issue with our roof rack. Rep spent good deal of time on phone trying to work through fixes. When none worked, he offered a solution that got us to where we could use our existing rails. Frankly, havent had that good of experience calling any customer service center in years. Horrendous customer service. Ordered an item listed as in stock a month ago only to have them tell me two weeks later it was out of stock.Have been trying for two weeks now to figure out when the item will actually ship. In one response it's 24-48 hours then days later still no action and no response from customer service. Now going on a week with no response from customer service.

Customer service? No, Thule dont offer that, in any way whatsoever. They only care about money.
