Terrible, full of fakes

Tinder used to be really good but I’ve tried it since Jan 2021 and wow, it’s terrible! My profile got barely any matches so paid for Plus,then I got some matches but they are 1000’s of miles away! When I’ve matched with a profile nearby it turns out to be a fake account used to promote a porn site, investment scam or marketing. Tinder has become filled with spam, I cancelled my subscription, was not worth paying a penny for!

Total fraud occurring here on so many fronts - all sanctioned by Tinder. I pay for premium services like Boost then half my matches wind up being criminals from all over the World.I've reported dozens these fake users but more seem to come everyday. I am also constantly matched with people thousands of miles away despite having set my boundaries to 10 miles. Tinder apparently not only does not care but is likely aware of all these issues and more but is happy getting suckers to overpay for worthless services. This equals stealing. Total false advertising and just thievery. These guys are no better than all the criminals robbing people on their site. If anyone is aware of a pending Class Action please let me know thanks.

I'd give zero if possible. I haven't been on tinder in over a year, deleted my account.Went to remake one here the last few days and I've been banned before even making an account. Just get the same bot response when sending them an email.

I am a premium paying member and could not access my profile due to their system for over a week.I have repeatedly reported the issue to their customer team who have sent me the same information each time that it is problem with my phone. I spent two hours with Verizon to diagnose the problem and it is not a phone issue. The last email I received from them was their rep saying " I’ll need to escalate this ticket to a team member who can better investigate this issue." That was last week and I have not gotten help yet. Today I received a notice from Tinder that my profile would be hidden because of inactivity!?!? I have been inactive because I can't even log on!!!! The worst customer service in all of the App world.

I have over a 100 likes, but i can swipe for hours and get no matches. The app is designed to make you pay to see your likes,so you can actually get matches. Search on reddit for "Tinder is Hiding People Who Have Liked You and Marketing Them as "Top Picks" Without Telling You" to see proof.

I have taken a gold abonnement then I understood i got ripped off I could see swipe in my nearby during 1 minute then it was written i need to wait further cause there is no swipe available I live in the center of a 700 000 inhabitants town!!! Then I tried in another town. Almost nothing real there. Software is the one that keeps the appearance of a dating app full of life but in reality I am sure Tinder is almost dead,history! Don't pay for it because your experience will definitely not be improved!

Recently been banned from tinder, unsure why I have been banned never got told. I looked up the terms and it says can be banned for inappropriate pictures and language,yet I have not used anything like this, and have got screen shot of the things I have seen on tinder which are most definitely not appropriate. I also paid for a extra on tinder which shortly after I was then banned, so to me seems like they just want to take money from you then ban you with no explanation or anything. Am going to be reading up how to take this further as do not think it’s ok to take peoples money and let them subscribe to things and then ban them without explanations
