Customer service needs putting to bed
Where do I start. I paid and ordered a bed from Dusk.com on 24/11/25, and was later provided with a delivery date 15/12/25. The delivery company made contact on 14/12/25 confirming delivery but it was never delivered, and resulted in my disabled wife having to sleep in a chair overnight and then with a relative until the bed was delivered. This is because we had the old bed removed believing a new one was being delivered the following day. A new date of 19th December was given for delivery and it did arrive but was damaged. Dusk.com was contacted and arranged a new date for the damage bed to be collected and a new one delivered. The bed was not delivered on 6th January 2026, and despite numerous emails and phone calls to Dusk.com I have yet to receive a reply over my concerns and to be notified of the date a new bed will be delivered. This experience has been emotionally challenging for my wife and I and to be ignored by Dusk is an absolute disgrace. Their customer service is not fit for purpose. I known their products are apparently of good quality but the care for their customers is abysmal.

UK customer booked for a car in America. Booked a mustang and got a Tucson. Was told at the desk to contact customer service and I would be refunded the difference. Emailed 4 times when I got back home and they refuse to get back to me. Pick another company if possible. The customer service is not existing.
Indian embassy worst experience
I am Indian, but I am really fed up with the Indian Embassy in Bradford. I went there for my PCC appointment and they checked all my documents. After that, they told me I need to fill out a manual form and come back again. If there is an online system, why do we still need to complete manual forms? And if manual forms are required, then why not do everything manually instead of making people do both? It was a very frustrating experience at the Indian Embassy in Bradford. I know this message may not affect anyone, but the service really needs improvement. If the embassy cannot handle 10 appointments a day, they should reduce the number to 4 or hire more staff. It feels like they only want the fees but do not want to do the work properly. My advice to anyone booking an appointment is to go at least one hour after your scheduled time. Otherwise, you may end up sitting there for 4 to 5 hours, only to be told to come back again.

Gloverall coat company bought a coat in the black Friday sale came a few days later but wrong coat sent. I did get a return label but barcode invalid. I have sent email one week later no contact from the company.

This DPD are disgrace waited for the parcel for 3 days even tho I paid for next day delivery from the company I exposed the drivers as they would send messages saying customer refused delivery that way they get paid and they don't have redelivery your parcels if he sends message sorry we missed you he as to come back and redelivery they are horrible people to deal with just in case you need to talk with them all Parel shop and keep pressing zero you will get some one from customer service to talk too please don't use DPD you will regret it horrendous people
