The most terrible customer service I have ever witnessed. They didn’t manage to do anything right.After 30 days (and having told me 3 days ago my item would be delivered soon) I checked the tracking number. It said it didn’t exist. When I chatted with them they said it had been cancelled and I will receive a refund in 7-10 days. They’ll have had my money for 40 days (assuming they do refund me) . AVOID AT ALL COSTS

To be honest i wasn't confident in buying from them at first because in my country it's not easy tobring stuff from oversea and specially with the covid pandemic. But i was happy with my purchase from them. I bought an occulus quest 2 (a very fragile electronic piece) and received as advertised and i had no problem with customs clearance.

This is a scam. I placed an order on UBUY on April 22nd (Order 180045187922). I chose Express shipping (3-6 business days).Up until now, the item didn't ship. When I reached out to their support, they told me that the package was lost and that it will be shipped within 24-48h. When I asked for a cancellation and a full refund, they refused to fully refund and said that there will be a $7 deduction. This is a SCAM!!!

UBUY IS MADE UP OF A BUNCH OF LIARS. CLAIMING THAT THEY ARE THE LEADING E-COMMERCE STORE IN THE PHILIPPINES AND IN ALMOST ALL THE COUNTRIES THEY CLAIM TO OPERATE AT!THEY ARE NOT AN E-COMMERCE STORE NOR DO THEY DO ORDER FULFILLMENT! THEY ARE JUST AN ONLINE E-COMMERCE DROP SHIPPING DATABASE THAT FORWARDS YOUR ORDERS TO INTERNATIONAL SELLERS AND ADDS A MARK UP ON THE PRICE. From another reddit post, I found out that they just buy items from amazon and have it shipped to them before shipping it to the buyer, hence the LONGER waiting time. Another post also stated that they basically just copy photos, products, reviews of sellers from AMAZON without their consent and knowledge and then UBUY adds a mark up on them. THEY DO NOT HAVE PHYSICAL STORES. THEY DO NOT HAVE AN OFFICE IN THE PHILIPPINES! OPPOSED TO WHAT THEY HAVE POSTED ON THEIR WEBSITE! THE ADDRESS ON THEIR WEBSITE IS A CO-WORKING SPACE LOCATED IN ALABANG! THEY PHONE NUMBER TOO IS ALSO FROM THE CO-WORKING SPACE. TERRIBLE, FRUSTRATING, EXPERIENCE!!! I am here to spread the information and encourage online buyers to please please DO DUE DILIGENCE when ordering online. As I have lacked to do so. UBUY VERY UNETHICAL COMPANY - STAY AWAY!!!!!!!! My experience with UBUY has been awful and horrible.I bought a treadmill from them. They did not indicate they were selling me an American voltage product. It took a month to come. But when it got to me, I used the correct step down voltage adaptor which I bought. The treadmill did not work and triggered my electricity twice with sparks flying from the treadmill. I contacted the the same day. They have absolutely refused to pick the treadmill. They have blamed it on me and made every excuse possible. Their investigation has asked me for pictures, videos. I have supplied all they need, including the picture of the step down adaptor I used which is from a legitimate company and the correct item. Now it’s clear they never intended to do their after care customer service. They are asking me to repair it. I WISH I HAD READ THE HONEST REVIEWS BEFORE I PURCHASED FEOM UBUY. STAY AWAY FROM UBUY. Paid THB 3,197 for product INCLUDING shipping to Thailand. TWO WEEKS later, still waiting for package,shipper DHL notifies me that they are adding THB 2,061 additional shipping charge. AND Thai Customs will not release the package as IT IS ILLEGAL IN THAILAND!!!! Ubuy SELLING PRODUCTS FOR SHIPMENT TO THAILAND THAT ARE ILLEGAL IN THAILAND!!!! Customer Service of no assistance at all. I am out 3,197 --- or $102 USD!! There was no warning or alert from Ubuy at the time of purchase. They are happy to take money!! Worthless at making it right!!
