uDroppy helps online retailers to source products to sell and automate orders flow. There's a lots of B2C marketplaces such as Aliexpress that gives you products and ideas but that's actually not what you want. You want a B2B solution to get connected to professional suppliers and logistic centers who are qualified, available and interested in sourcing and shipping what you need. You also need automation to route orders to the right partners. You come on uDroppy and you connect the products you want to your online store. If the product is not there, you define what you need and we send the request out to our network of suppliers who are available and interested, quoted directly back to you in the marketplace, ready to be connected to your store. Once you start to receive orders we will automatically fulfill them from the supplier to your final customers. Marketing on you, the rest on us. We have been at it since 2018 and we now facilitate hundreds of thousands of international orders. We serve hundreds of online retailers across hundreds of different product categories.

Poor customer service, charge issues.

Exact same issue as many of the other members below. The trial is for 7 days, however, on the 6th day I was charged.I contacted support on the 6th day and I told them that I had been charged prematurely and that I wanted to cancel. I still had plenty of time to cancel but, it had already charged me earlier than expected so i could not cancel due to the system already charging me a day early. I sent them a message on the 6th day with the time stamp showing that I messaged them. They did not answer my ticket until the next day, they said it was too late but, as I already stated I was already billed on the 6th day so it would not let me cancel.
Thus far with a mountain of proof on my end and the fact that I messaged them on the 6th day. They must be really desperate to charge people early and I do believe that they are charging people whenever they feel rather than honoring their agreements. The customer service has been quite poor thus far. I want to source with them but, at a later date. I have not had time to discuss this with my business partner. I was going to cancel and check everything out. YOu need a member in order to see the marketplace. O contacted them on day one letting them know about my onboarding issues.
Resolution: Refund the money you owe me prematurely charging me. I will consider you this service in the future but, until this is resolved. Dealing with Aliexpress, and other sources are more preferred. My next step will be to chargeback the charge with my screenshots.

Its a scam site , got scammed off my money for 3 months without any refunds and still they charged my account even after I cancelled subscription on their site,stay away as you will go juts over a 149 dollar monthly charge .

Been a uDroppy member for a few months and nothing but good things to say!
The platform is really intuitive and has great features for scaling.Customer support is quick and have always found a solution to anything I've raised.
The merchant success manager is awesome and definitely the best feature! Shoutout to Adelaide who has been so, so helpful and a key part in my business getting it's feet off the ground.
Can't recommend enough.

There seems to be no transparency regarding when you will be charged for a subscription.I made an account to check out the website and deleted it again after a few hours since it wasn't for me, but I was still charged for one month subscription.
I contacted support and was told that I cancelled my subscription too late. I cancelled at 4:37pm but was charged 4:35pm...
