This website once was called wigspay.com sellers of wigs. I didn’t receive my purchase and when I went to log onto “wigspay” it now is the puzzle site.Try it! One would think when purchasing a wig you will see wigs... Ohhhhh these people are SCAMS!!

After I read all the bad reviews on delivery problems I still decided to risk it (Spain order).I ordered the smallest one and it did arrive fast and without problems to Spain! Looks like Brexit doesn’t affect the delivery that of 2021. But I do trust the company must have had some logic problems at the beginning. My puzzle ? was very small (size S) but it was amazingly adorable and unique!!!?? The box is like a little wooden jewel itself ! The pieces are wooden and laser-cut in different shapes which makes it very challenging and interesting. I ordered it for my daughter but i would rather rate it as an “adult” puzzle for the difficulty level. If I knew it would arrive so fast and would be so pretty I would have ordered a big one . Definitely recommended as a present ? for puzzle lovers (like myself)

I love love love my puzzle? I did order one a while back but needed to do a refund do to an emergency and I didn't have any problems,but when i finally got another chance to get one it was great! Took a little longer than expected but when it came i fell in love. I love the box it came in and am so excited to put it together.

After having read good and mainly bad reviews I took a chance and ordered one jigsaw (Chameleon large).It arrived after 5 days in a beautiful wooden box. The quality of the jigsaw is exquisite. Many pieces are in the shape of insects, plants and animals you would expect to find in the same habitat. They fit together perfectly. No missing or broken pieces. Any jigsaw aficionado will love this!

I purchased 2 medium size puzzles and when they came one box was damaged. I emailed the company fromthe information that came with the puzzle and explained it was to be a gift and I didn't know if the puzzle itself was damaged. I sent photos and the company sent me a new puzzle to give as a gift. I am more than satisfied with their quickness and customer service in my case. Debbie King

Never arrived after months - got partial refund

Waited for months (since September 2020) for this birthday present. It never came,after chasing them over and over we got a refund for less than what we originally paid. I was relieved to get some of the money back as I thought it was a total scam, but apparently it is just a super bad logistics/terrible customer service/unprofessional company. I would advice against it until they become a serious company, if that ever happens. Hate leaving bad reviews, but I just couldn’t stop myself from sharing my experience as I feel responsible towards future customers.
