Have to pay to return - their mistake

Received a luminous yellow T-shirt, labelled as green and looking green on their website (wish I could upload images here to show the difference)Contacted Customer Service as I don’t see why I should have to pay to send it back, was asked to upload numerous images which I did. 20 mins wasted and they still claimed it was not their mistake. Will not use again.

Absolutely awful customer service, like many others I would give this zero stars if this was an option.Ordered two coats for my brother and his girlfriend in early December as Christmas presents. Package didn't arrive until early January, too late for them to be sent with rest of my family's Christmas presents. Once it finally arrived, brother said to wait until we next saw them to give it to them, which was this weekend just gone. On opening package, we discovered that in fact only one of the coats has been sent! On contacting Uniqlo I cannot believe how awful their response has been, no estimated time scale for when this will be rectified, just making me sign a form saying that I authorise them to contact my neighbours on their behalf and that I had to do so within just 7 days or they would not take this any further, this is for an item that they have charged me for and I've not received, so they've basically just taken £40 of my money! Totally inflexible responses from them and just a lukewarm apology is all I've received so far, still no idea of when I'll get another coat for my poor brother, probably not until summer, when a thermal coat is going to be totally useless, and will also have to ship it out to him. I've shopped with them for so many years, don't think I ever will again this has been the most terrible experience.

AWFUL. Zero customer 'care'. They've been like this for over a year now and during the pandemic they've made life so much more stressful.Returns are horrendous and even worse if the item is faulty; they want everything bar your blood group as evidence and are so slow to reply. Also their server conveniently rejects even a single photo in an email saying it's too large, despite it being tiny. You can't call anyone...I dread buying from them and think I'll avoid from now on as they're also very rude.

Used to be great but now they charge a fee for returns, don’t include returns label in the parcel (I HATE when companies do that)and today I can’t make a return because the order shows as not shipped yet .. I got it two days ago! The online chat system shows “agent” while you’re taking to a robot. When at the end you try to give rating “1” (ie “poor” customer service) the chat window closes - I’m guessing so you can’t give a bad rating!! Ridiculous. Used to shop at Uniqlo for years but it’s clearly time to let go.

Terrible!! Uniqlo have changed their refund policy and not for the better. This has all happened during a lockdown.You now have to pay £2.95 to return items. Sizing is crazy at best therefore there is a high probability you will need to return. Leave a bad taste in your mouth when you told it to make us all more eco friendly can’t see it personally. Also, if you purchase and item in store and want to return it you have to return to the same store of purchase. Again when the shops open if there are no changing rooms open. I want to know how this helps the environment. If your forced to travel back to a store which may not be local. I can no longer shop at Uniqlo nor recommend.

Horrible customer service. I hope to give it 0 star instead of 1 star. They are the worst period.I ordered 3 items not on final sale and when I received them and would like to return them. They were on final sale and I can't return anymore. Can you believe this??? They kept sending me their return policies and I have my receipts, OK? Nothing marked on the final sale session OK? I have the online receipt and no where shows it's final sale OK? Show me the evidence they were final sale at the time I made the purchase. What a bully company. I can't believe a Japanese company would treat customer like this. I am DONE with them.

I've gone to buy stuff several times and the website just doesn't help... The first time...'well it's new to you so...But from there on it's just a pain.. never shows what I've been lookin at in the recently looked at list.. tonight after spending to long sorting out tee shirts socks ect ect it decided to empty my basket. And it doesnt list the items in recently viewed...I really like uniglos stuff... But their web site is... bad... poor ....call it what u like... Will I go back?? 50 /50 and certainly not for a while

Awful returns policy

I'm a huge fan of Uniqlo, their new returns policy however is truly awful and one to avoid. No longer are you supplied with a pre-printed label,instead you have to print one yourself. If you don't have access to a printer thats too bad... "Why not print one at the library, or your local printshop" the live chat not helpfully suggests in 2021. This has all been done in the name of sustainability which I'm all for, but the likes of ASOS etc all allow you to get a label printed in store via QR code, there is 0 reason for Uniqlo not to offer the same. This new process just feels nasty and prevents a whole lot of people from being able to return anything. Alongside all this they have removed the option to return online orders in-store, and for those that do manage to print a label, you get to pay £2.95 for the privilege. At this point I can't recommend ordering from Uniqlo online to anyone, unless you're a pro at guessing their always slightly off sizes.
