cancelled my order last minute before christmas due to stock issues. Absolutely appealing should not have sold me the item with the belief of christmas delivery if they are unable to fitfully.My christmas present plans are in bits now. Shocking.

Unable to fulfil my order

After ordering, with expected next day delivery, I was disappointed when the delivery date was exceededand there was no indication my order had even been sent. After contacting the company they advised the item had been oversold and they didn’t have it in stock. I was asked to wait until the next day (now delivery date +2) to see if the item came in, it didn’t. Again communication was pretty poor and I was advised they’d now try and order the item, which should arrive the next day. Again it didn’t and after chasing, and 5 days after I was meant to receive the item I just asked outright for a refund. They were quick to organise this but overall I don’t think the order process is particularly well managed - I strongly suspect that if I hadn’t gotten in touch and pushed for a resolution that they wouldn’t have said anything.
