Top tier and truly personal customer service. The staff are extremely friendly and made the experience of purchasing an engagement ring a very personal and engaging experience. Ymer and Louis were the staff members that assisted me in my consultation. Both were very professional and easy to talk to, maintaining a friendly interaction. The store is very welcoming and relaxing. At no point was it intimidating like other high-end jewellery stores. I had an extremely positive experience.

Amazing customer service and understanding of my requirements
Missing ring... Defective engraving machine... hopefully there are no more issues.
Positive: The staff in the Covent Garden shop have always been very nice and apologetic. Negative: A few weeks after buying two wedding bands I received an email asking me to set up an appointment to collect them. When I arrived to the shop only one of them was available. As you can imagine I was NOT happy at all. After a few investigations staff in the shop told me that the other ring was still being worked on and that they made a mistake when contacted me as only one was available, however they were initially not even sure which of the two rings I had received!! Fortunately a week later I got the second ring, as it was still not completed they allowed me to change the finishing (from polished to brushed). Three months later I went to get the rings engraved. Keeping the story short... the engraving machine was not calibrated correctly, or it was broken, and the dates on the rings looked blurry and had some weird gaps (similar effect to when a printer is running out of ink). I was told they didn't know how long it would take to fix the engraving machine and so we left the rings in the store as the engraving needs to be removed and done correctly (we are not really in a hurry but I really hope this problem is resolved in one or two weeks). I really hope that these two incidents that I experienced are very rare cases, and that I was just the unfortunate customer that I got problems in the two steps (purchase and engraving) of the process. As it stands, I am afraid I wouldn't be able to recommend them, even less if you have a tight deadline.

Unfortunately found out the company has gone into liquidation just before the wedding, left me in a difficult position. Luckily managed to sort out in time with another jeweller. Would recommend Grandeur Diamonds to anyone in a similar situation
