I had PL rater and QQ Catalyst. The customer service was horrible for PL rater! Not a user friendly product whatsoever.So, I switched to Ezlynx for rater (much better with lots of help.) tried canceling my QQ catalyst and was told I couldn't, that I signed a 36 month contract so i'm obligated to pay it in full. He sent me the contract that I (supposedly signed through docusign.) However, I have no documents on my side saying 36 months it just says initial term co-termed renewal term 12 months. Whether this is fraud or what I am not sure. This is not right at all. Nobody ever responds and helps. worst service I have ever had. Stay away from them!!!!read more

My group of agents made this switch from FSC, HORRID. I have two HUNDRED requests for help.I retain EVERY email all nonsense or direct lies)
My downloads are incorrect..sometimes will actually have one of the HH info..but quite often NO NAME, NO CONTACTS (ADDITIONAL INSURED) no Kids,,nothing.
I have been promised ..lied to many..many times. I have saved 200+ emails. I think class action may be appropriate.
To check, I bought and replaced my own vehicle. 1 YEAR later it still did not indicate a change ! From a small company Liberty Mutual, Safeco !
I get apologies and LIES, I cannot think of a WORSE company of ANY SORT. Lies and promises. Rater ? How can you use a rater without any persona data for a client ?
Our Vendor list and Company list developed from 25 YEARS wiped out ,,answer "Sorry" does not work.

They blame Companies who have complied and resent downloads many times,,no change. Then the blame was IVANS. Ivans checked everything. It is a corrupt AMS system.
This company had my agency as two companies and sent some data to wherever and some to mine. (HIPPA ?)
Actually waived 6 months cost and "promised" to fix this..2014. Still just LIES..

This is the worst company I have had the displeasure of dealing with in a long time!!They had me set up an account (free account), and then charged me over $200 for a service I never used. I couldn't even print my license from their website because it wouldn't connect. There is absolutely no customer service through email or by phone. I just want my account cancelled. There is no way to do that on their website either! So disgusted!read more

Total garbage. This is not a tech company. It is an acquisition company. They buy companies,integrate them into their suite of products and never look at them again. Something that they bought in 2011 still has the functionality of something made in 2011.
On top of that there's this insane convoluted password system. Where you can have individual passwords for products or a single sign on password to log into multiple products. But you have to talk to Bill down the block who will give you a keycard to a parking garage where the attendant will inform you where they hide your passwords.
I can confidently say that Vertafore was designed as one of the circles of hell and that the Gods are playing an elaborate trick on us, by talking us into using their products. Have mercy on whoever signs a contract with them next.read more

Vertafore is terrible. Their product does not work as they said. We signed a contract with them under the assumption of having a product that works as they described.It doesn't. Then they talk to you about your "contract" but they do not offer a good product at all. Their customer service is terrible. I will be letting everyone I know in this business to NOT use this company ever again!read more

We have been using Vertafore for ten years. The service couldn't be worse, phone calls and/or emails not returned.The most current issue has been Customer emails are not being merged to the agency management system thereby compromising record keeping. This has been an ongoing issue most recently we've not been able to merge emails for 10 days. As a work around we are having to cut and paste from Outlook making the management system worthless. This isn't the first time this has occurred but an on going issue. I would change to Hawksoft but the concern has been we might lose data. I suspect it would be a wise to simply make the change, but ten years is significant fearing change ...read more
