Voyc is a fantastic tool for our department and company; it seamlessly gives call transcripts and alerts, which help us identify areas for improvement and efficiencies. Ben is a great help, too - always at hand with answers to any questions. We also have regular calls/meetings to stay in touch and give feedback and gain any further assistance required. We’ve been working with Voyc for the past 12 months to provide Lease4Less with an AI-powered monitoring system for our phone calls. The platform checks every call for the key compliance criteria we need, assists with resolving customer disputes, and gives us valuable call recordings and transcripts that we use for ongoing sales training. The support we receive from Voyc has been consistently excellent. Our account manager, James Bradbury, along with the wider Voyc team, has been incredibly helpful and proactive. They’ve worked closely with us to tailor the system to our specific requirements, ensuring it fits with our processes. The insights VOYC give us in our day to day management are invaluable. The platform allows us to paint a real picture of what's going on out on the sales floor, without having to manually trawl through multiple calls. Our account management support is brilliant, in particular Ben Dixon who is always on stand by to support. In recent weeks, he has came on site multiple times to support our new staff who will be sitting across Voyc the most. A big thankyou to all the team involved!
