My dog was attacked by a dog being walked by a Wag! dogwalker. Wag! will not pay for the medical bills!Will not give me the name of the dog walker! Will not provide me with the insurance information! The dog walker had no training how to handle the dog attack. Train the people you hire!!! Pay the medical bills!read more

This is my second time using wag to walk my dog because I had to stay late at my job.Even though first was went great, I have to give 2 stars because the issue was a big deal. I scheduled a walk last Thursday or friday for a monday 5/24/21 2:00 walk. After getting a confirmation and walker soon after scheduling, Today, I received a notification that the walker cancelled and I did not receive any additional information. It got to be about an hour before the walk and still nothing. So I had to get special permission to leave my training and just ended up canceling. Very frustrating. I still have not gotten any information about what happened.read more
