Same as below. Ordered 2 dresses as a birthday treat at beginning of March. Sent back via Hermes/tracked 2 days later.Have sent 3+ emails on my refund - still
Outstanding and phone lines are down for customer enquiries. Very unhappy. After loving Wallis for years. Don’t touch even with a very long stick!

For a known brand I did not expect such bad service. I returned clothes that I found too big.Got Hermes to collect so it was tracked. Never received a refund, I constantly emailed wallis but never had any responses from them. Tried calling them but there phone lines were closed all the time..... Luckly I paid with Paypal and they resolved the matter. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM WALLIS AGAIN!

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM WALLIS. I am still awaiting refunds from two orders I returned in February.I received emails from them that the returned items had been received and a refund will follow but I have not received it despite me chasing them. BEWARE!!

NEVER BUY FROM WALLIS! Horrendous company. Still waiting for my order 7 weeks later - they say it’s been dispatched and they can’t issue a refund until the items are returned.Disgusting customer service, the only way I can contact anyone is by Twitter and keep getting the same automated message. Im fuming! Please don’t waste your time or loose your money.

***AVOID***Shocking - absolutely USELESS Customer Service. Returns now only 14 days - I’m signed off sick for 7 weeks & shielding due to v high steroids (long Covid complication)- tried to phone & lines “closed due to Covid” - yet, I can’t have longer to return “due to Covid”?! Then, after complaining via messaging, told I could but they then didn’t give any instructions as to how - & I can’t generate a returns label! Clothes don’t fit (& poor quality) so will have to sell for a few £ on FB. Out of pocket & will NEVER buy from them again! AVOID!!! Contacting Martin Lewis & Trading Standards!

I would give zero stars or less if the option was available. Terrible customer service in fact non existent.Ordered item, money taken immediately then advised Hermes had item for delivery on 9 April but still no delivery now 22 April. I have emailed Wallis twice but still no reply and phone lines are closed.

I ordered from the website not realising that Wallis has been taken over by BooHoo and all shops shut.Returns are within 14 days not 28 days now and this is not shown on the email order confirmation and there is no information with the package so didn’t realise wasn’t dealing with the original company and customer service. There is no telephone contact and no support to help with online returns. I have received faulty items and can’t return them. No replies to emails and messaging. It’s a shame as some of the clothes are really nice but I won’t be ordering again unless the customer service improves.
