Ok, so I have seen the ad on Facebook many times. I was like, nope, don't need it and will I even like the drops.Well, I finally gave in and got the sample pack! I was nervous when I got them, but put my nerves to the side and gave them a try. To my surprise, they were absolutely amazing! Before I tried all four flavors, I had already put another order in and got the new flavor love. I am not disappointed at all in any flavor. All of them are yummy. I am planning another order in the next couple weeks! I am in love and cant really say I have a favorite, because all of them have an amazing light subtle taste. Absolutely refreshing!

I purchased the taster pack first to get an idea of what waterdrop is like, I usually have to forcemyself to drink water but with waterdrop I am hydrating so much more and so are the rest of my family! I have now also ordered the tea to try! I can only recommend this product

I just got my first order today - the bottle is beautiful, and all of the waterdrops taste amazing.I am also happy with the customer service as my order was delayed but they were speedy with their response and gave me points to compensate for the wait.

I ordered a bottle from Waterdrop and the post office said it was delivered. I never got it.I contacted Waterdrop and told them my situation. They then gave me enough points to reorder my bottle! The best company ever!!!! You've made me a lifetime customer. And will highly recommend you to my friends and family!!!

Waterdrop has the best customer service. Every time I've had any issue or question they have responded quickly and made sure it was resolved.One time I had a mild cosmetic defect with a cap, not only did they replace it quickly but they also sent me free product for my trouble. Great products and great company.

I have been waiting a month now for my order. I am aware of delays due to the pandemic but they will not respond to my queries to just tell me where the order is.I have been sent a tracking link to an Italian delivery company when I am in Ireland, why would it go to Italy first? Even at that the link to the Italian site just says the tracking number is incorrect. I have no idea if I will get my order at all since they will not respond to me. Highly disappointed, I had hoped for better as they seemed like a trustworthy company. Will never buy again. I am willing to change this review if they would just get back to me.
